Delayed delivery, delay refund, irresponsibility, bad customer service
I ordered m8 monitor since Oct 21st and the shipping status was not updated (it was at label created on ups) and ups didn’t receive physical shipment so I try to contacted customer service several times to follow my status and they confirmed me that I will receive item even the status was not updated and I have to wait for 10 business day (4 days delay from estimate delivery date in Samsung app). After I wait for 10 business days, I don’t receive my monitor and I try to contacted customer service again!!!! They said they will issue refund process and I will receive refund within 24 hours but I didn’t receive refund or any email to confirm and I try to contact them again and they said the refund status will show up in my bank account within 72 hours. But Now 72 hours and I don’t receive any refund!. I contacted customer service again and she told me to wait for 24 hours again!!!!! I don’t know why Samsung is very irresponsible and unprofessional. Now I wait for 14 days and i have to wait again and again. Don’t buy anything from Samsung!!!!

Frozen screen and lack of full products
I’m using iOS and the app is behaving wired. Often the touch or scroll got no response and screen freezes from time to time. You’ll have to exit and reload the app. It doesn’t help updating or reinstalling the app.
The second issue is the app doesn’t have cellphone and tablet products. Can’t believe how mobile app doesn’t have mobile products?

Unable to see/download new version of this app on the App Store
When browsing in the “Shop Samsung” app, it says that there’s a new version available, but when I go to the App Store I don’t see any option to update the app. It only says “Open”.

Good app but needs a lot of improvement
App glitches a lot, and it doesn’t show all the products Samsung offers for example on my iPhone, it doesn’t show Samsung phones to buy in shop app at all unless someone makes a manual search.!!!!
App doesn’t work!!!
Since I already have Samsung financing and already have a virtual credit card I figured I would buy something that will pair with my TV. As I logged into the app it keeps telling me something went wrong at checkout. When I log on to the Samsung store online at checkout it wants me to apply for another credit card. All I want is to purchase a sound bar for my Samsung TV using my Samsung credit card.

Really buggy app …
The app does not seem to have undergone any quality control: unable to view my orders on my iPhone, iPad. I am able to view my orders using Samsung’s own devices though.
The content is not being served most of the time - probably because of the same issue mentioned above. After a long wait - the very unhelpful error (complaining about Timestamps) is being logged.
This situation is ongoing for a very long time. I just cannot believe that Samsung iOS app developers are not aware of this issue that in reality makes their app useless …

This is a mess
Putting aside the lack of devices available likely due to Apple restrictions for selling competing devices, checkout for other items is a nightmare. One price is shown for the product, a second one in the cart, and in spite of applying rewards they get knocked off when the transaction is submitted for payment resulting in yet a third different price.
Aside of this, it would be really nice if I had the ability to pay my Samsung Financing balance within the app instead of constantly screwing around with TD Bank’s horrid website.

Swiping is very annoying
Multiple times I’ve been sent back to the homescreen when customizing products and when trying to finalize my purchase. The slightest swipe to the side of the screen will back you out to the main page. I suggest you replace that instant boot by having the page peel away the further you swipe, so people can know reset their gesture if they don’t want to leave the page.

Does not perform correctly
I use Samsung and Apple devices, on Samsung this app works properly, it's shows your orders and you can actually order from within the app. On Apple devices this app opens up but it never shows you orders or phone devices you can order. Is Apple stopping this or is this a limitation with the Shop Samsung App on Apple devices. What ever the case may be this needs to be fixed. If it's Apple trying to limit Apple device users from purchasing and viewing what Samsung has to offer that'll be a shame and potentially illegal. If it's Samsung who dumbed down their own app what's the purpose of creating it for the Apple store when it doesn't work properly. Fix this please Samsung

Hard To Shop
Very hard to shop on there. At times you can’t add item to the shopping cart. The button just refuses to work. And searching for items is a pain. Keywords don’t yield much if any result.
But, it’s okay when it works or if you specifically know for what you are looking.
