The best of the best

I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

Patience is a skill I enhanced

Trying to purchase an electric range. On the delivery options page, it shows when the earliest date is, and if I want to add additional services. Things look good! Item would be shipped soon, and I don’t have to worry about installation and hauling off the old one. I’m definitely sold. Problem is the Buy Now button never seems to work...no matter how many tries...no matter how many months have passed. It’s like the app doesn’t want Apple users to add on to Samsung’s sales earnings.

You’d think their own shopping app would be better

Slow, lethargic, broken.
My Internet clocks in at around 300 Mbps and even then, their app loads pages slowly. Scroll down and half the time you get white space. Then more marketing information. Try to purchase and it’s just broken. Can’t even buy a tv through their app. So sad

Amazingly Samsung

I have had some issues with my Samsung so I purchased a new I phone, well my iPhone was fast challenging and by enabling all the cookies in the apps I received the wildest adventure. However my Samsung was the most reliable and productive, useful phone to date. If you only knew the stories between me and my phones. The videos have been taken the Samsung 10 to unbelievable limits. The app developers really utilize all the technology possibilities for me and my sons.

No help/useless customer service

Samsung finance does not work. Now I got a hard pull on my credit for something I can never use. They will probably reply to this and say “speak to our e-commerce team for assistance!” Yeah no they are no help. Telling me to go buy elsewhere. Telling my to use my debit card now. Pathetic excuse of a company I will never be using them again. I made sure to ship to the billing address on Samsung finance to avoid issues and they just keep canceling orders. All my information matched to the dot. Will be reporting this whole incident to the BBB. PATHETIC!!! This needs 0 stars without a doubt.

Unnecessary

Anything I do on the app directs me to the web page. For some reason, the app no longer includes tablets and mobile devices, only accessories. Also, when you view products, you can no longer view the full specifications and features, nor compare different devices with one another. And again, even if I click on a product in the app, I’m directed to a webpage. Therefore the app is literally useless on all of my devices, including my Samsung phone.

Doesn’t work

App only lets you see products from Samsung, it doesn’t let you make any purchases as described. Whether by paying in full, applying for credit, or getting an affirm loan, it won’t work. Useless. I’ve tried using this app for some time now and it only shows me the new products or those from the previous year. It also doesn’t recognize my address or any of my friends’ addresses for shipping. Good luck to those who want to try the app.

Need more improvements

It doesn’t give you lots of options for the IOS shopping. It’s slow and it keeps loading. It doesn’t save anything in your cart, if you leave the app you have to start over again. If you use their website, you can find more products including phones which in this case with this app is not possible. So if you’re planning to do shopping for the phones, watches and tablets I suggest you to go to their website until somebody realize that they need to work on this app and fix things.

Q90 4K- terrible/rude customer service

After days of researching TV’s we decided to go with the Q90 series 4K. The last day of cyber shopping, after business hours, my wife tried to do this online. Our financing approval fell short by less than 100 which we could have easily covered by other means if we were given the option. Then while doing the online chat with “Raul” on the same evening he said there wouldn’t be a problem. He said all we had to do was call customer service during business hours and inform them of the situation, and they would still honor the cyber shopping sale price. So when my wife did call on the next business day, they did increase the credit line but she was treated very rudely and even hung up on by one service rep when trying to get the sale price as “Raul” said would not be a problem.

Very disappointed customers of multiple Samsung products.

Easy to use

This app is easy to navigate and makes the experience easy for the user, it helped me to see products that I didn’t know Samsung sells, that pods, or all the options for smart homes.
In the referrals sección I would love to see the status of the emails I sent to my friends, I can only see “resend” not sure if it’s because they didn’t sign in, or it’s just a generic message

I ended up stop using it, every time I open it, it’s logged out, and even when it’s open it shows you a pop out to try the APP, why? I am in the app
When you save products in the wishlist, it does not update the current price, you have to go and see every time
