Customer service is horrible

I’ve always had a Samsung phone but this was my first time trying to purchase my phone through them directly and I’m already regretting that decision. My order was canceled due to an issue with my billing information. That made no sense to me seeing that they already authorized the payment instantly. Customer service wasn’t able to tell me exactly what the issue was that I should just place my order again. How am I supposed to make sure the same thing doesn’t happen again if I am not aware of what the problem was. My billing information had no errors. I’m having to wait longer to receive my phone now, didn’t even bother upgrading my shipping due to this issue. Worse customer service I’ve experienced quite frankly and I woke in the field. I will never purchase with them directly, considering not purchasing all together.

Why does this have cus service?

I ordered a Note 9 on Aug. 11th. I tried to chat with customer service to see when my phone would ship. No one answered the chat. I emailed and it took 2 weeks for a bland reply. What is the point of having a chat option if no one answers? Why have a contact customer service only to get a basic reply 2 weeks later. BTW, I still haven’t received my phone after I pre ordered it. LOL.

Wrong tv

So I got a 65” class NU7300 curved smart 4K UHD TV online..after waiting for its arrival then back and forth with the delivery company “AGS” in terms of delivery time that Samsung couldn’t resolve when I asked they please step in .. I got of work just to come receive it today .. and later found out it was a 65” UHD Tv “ a flat screen “ like seriously how can this mistake be made is what I’m still trying to understand.. my first time getting anything Samsung all because I liked the curved tv.. and then I was let down!!

Help please

Ever since I got this app Siri and Bixby have been fighting for control over my iPhone, I tried google searching ‘how to remove bixby’ but I don’t have a bixby button! To make matters worse, bixby just randomly activates and purchases tons of useless random crap from these stupid ads that Verizon has been putting there. I’m almost out of money, I never even registered my credit card! Please send help.

samsung let me down

i’m honestly disgusted with the customer service i was given 2 days ago my new S9 that i ordered 2 months ago was corrupted by a system update that you guys pushed. i called the tech support and they could not help me and when i tried to talk to a supervisor i was told they were busy for over an hour on the phone and when i asked again i was transferred but then hung up on i called so many times the system new my name. so now i have to pay for t-mobile to replace a phone losing all my precious memories that i have had over the years thanks to your phone i have pre ordered every samsung phone since the S6 and even bought the samsung tablet and new S3 Watch because i believed in your product ....but now i hate to say i’m very unhappy with samsung and feel like just getting rid of all the products i have in my home and going to another brand you were apart of my family and you let me down

Can not view smartphones!

I am currently using an IPhone se and I want to purchase a Samsung galaxy note 8 off of the “shop Samsung” app. When I went to get onto the app and look for smartphones they weren’t on there. I don’t know if it’s because I have an iPhone or what but I got on the app about a month ago and I could view smartphones. I would greatly appreciate if this problem could be resolved because I would soon like to purchase this phone.

Terrible mistake.

Samsung application is literally giving people so bad hopes with offers and Deals on purchases which according to samsung customers center and website doesn’t even exist or there is glitch. And also samsung is putting deals on market through this apps offers tab so stupidly that it makes people regret their decision of purchase that they did just a day ago for not getting that same deal.

Do not use this App

Samsung does not provide any support. I ordered a Samsung S7 Edge for my son for Christmas using the app on Tuesday and paid extra for expedited shipping. I called today to check on the order. I was told that my order-and hundreds of others-did not go through due to problems on Samsung’s side. I never received any information on any problems with my order. I spoke to many customer support people who all explained there was nothing they could do. Their only suggestion was to cancel my order and reorder. But that I would not be able to order for at least a few business days. No responsibly or help. Just sorry but we can’t do anything to help. Will not order from Samsung again. Show why Apple is a better choice. They actually have customer service and stand behind their products and services.

Nice interface, easy to browse the products

I was able to find the headphones I was looking for and they were on sale. Checkout was smooth and easy.

The interface is easy to use and clean. Good job Samsung. 👍

Not all payment options are shown on this app

While on my pc I found a QLED 4K tv I was interested in especially with the Samsung Financing option available for it. Looked it up on my phone & saw that Samsung had an app I could use for their products so I downloaded it & found the tv I was interested in. Went to Add to Cart and the only payment option was to Pay in Full, where is the Samsung Financing option that shows up on the pc??
