App or anywhere online never gives clear instructions on how to redeem your rewards. I signed up, never received a physical card as well. Unless I’m missing something, you have to go into the store to actually redeem your rewards by a clerk scanning your barcode on your phone. Very inconvenient if and when you’re in a hurry and don’t want to go into the store. Other rewards programs of similar backgrounds let you claim your rewards without even stepping foot into a store. This app is behind the times and just inconvenient! Please do better.
