Door sensor keeps losing connection
In the last week once a day i keep getting app and email notification that my garage door sensor has lost connection.

Version 2.8 has problems
Since updating yesterday my door no longer works- it’s lost it’s wifi connection.
Suggest feat add of schedule option
Would really like to see an update added to schedule open and close options. Very cumbersome to try and get IIOT to work it and Google Home Routines is not reliant either.

App missing remote info, etc
My app looks nothing like the screenshots here. I am unable to find an option to enable remote access or to add additional users. I can use the app to open and close my door successfully but I cannot connect it to google assistant or open it from a remote location, which is the entire reason I bought this product

Doesn’t work
Used to work flawlessly but now HomeKit keeps saying ‘no response’. Have reset it up a million times and all works then HomeKit error. Pointless having it now.
Would love to see a Apple Watch app
Pretty decent app all round, has worked well for me both with the native app and the HomeKit functionality. Have a fairly decent Internet connection to the garage which helps. Only thing that is a downside is there is no Apple Watch app despite GoGate (same company) having the feature, would love to see my camera and open the door with touch on the watch, like with GoGate. Only thing stopping it being a 5 star product in my opinion.

Probably the worse app I have ever used
I don’t understand how you can go so wrong? The hardware is good, but this app is absolutely horrible: confusing, slow, buggy. I have had it for near 2 years and you still haven’t made an effort to fix it
Great when it works
Works as expected about 50% of the time (smartgate pro garage). Feels very proof-of-concept like. I dont recommend buying it at this point in time. Too many factors at play that no one can pinpoint to resolve overall reliability: wireless gate sensor, iSmart device, device to sensor connection, device to wifi connection, wifi reliability, back-end servers, HomeKit; Signal from phone to backend to open garage; phone connection, Any of these could be a culprit.
App also seams to load each page you open forever. Simply switching something on or off can take minutes to do coz of loading screens even when navigating back.
Great when it works, great support team, device looks good. However not ready for mainstream use; for the garage version with wireless sensor at least.
