Not working with my home / Siri
First few months it was working pretty well then after update it it stopped responding

Used to work great before iOS 14
But I can no longer control my garage door at all since upgrading. I have the latest app version but it still never finds my door! I have to resort to the remote that came with the door which means iSmartgate is now just an expensive brick attached to my door. Pretty disappointed.

Great product when it works. Device connection sketchy despite a good network. Canโt rely on it, firmware update to make it 5star?
HomeKit compatibility broken after firmware update
This worked fine with HomeKit at first. Since a firmware update it no longer works with HomeKit. It is now useless to me.
Works well, support good.
Works as intended. Developer support is good. Local Australian support is good and quick.

Clunky interface. Slow to refresh. Doesnโt feel native. Confusing settings layout.

HomeKit troubles
The app itself seems ok, however despite completely reconfiguring and setting up the iSmartgate Lite again, and repositioning the wireless sensor - it is pot luck if you dont get the No Response message in HomeKit - my sole purpose for buying this unit was HomeKit compatibility - when it works its great, all my other home devices work flawlessly so I have to conclude that the problem lies with Remsol and getting this app updated, sooner rather than later i hope...

I have two garage doors and this product works perfectly on both of them. I am using HomeKit
Top product for HomeKit
I have had this product since 2019 and itโs successfully integrated right through my HomeKit environment (I only use it through HomeKit). Although the sensor has had a few minor issues the system itself has never missed a beat. Cannot fault the product nor the local after sales service in Australia.

Horrible firmware update
The latest update is nothing but bugs. My censor states flipped on one and the identy of the censor was flipped no matter how I change it. Reset and reinstall more than three times still same. Was working fine before I was forced to update.
