Does what it needs to do
Kind of clunky but it works. Biggest issue I have is the alerts do not work for the app but do via email, so if the door is left open I get an email but no app notification. Trust level damaged.

Frankly this device in general is terrible. HomeKit doesn’t work. App never detects the door position. I’ve configured and reconfigured this over and over. Don’t buy this junk.
Cannot access users menu
Cannot access users menu anymore to add users. After tapping on the icon I’m prompted to put credentials and after that app takes me to the general settings instead of users menu

Works great
I have had my unit for my garage door for just under a year now and it works perfectly. Never had a single issue with it. I have it tied in to Apple HomeKit as well and that works perfectly as well. I have definitely recommended this product to other people as well.
Disappointed!
I’ve had a Gogogate2 for a few years now with no issues. So I figured this would be the same. I was wrong. It works as far as being able to open and close my garage door via my cellphone, however, as per government regulations, it’s supposed to make an audio sound and a visual indication that it’s about to operate the garage door (opening and closing). This clearly has speakers on it and a light, but it doesn’t make any sounds or flash any lights when operating. Finding a solution for this wasn’t easy either. But what I did find didn’t help. It stated to go into the settings on the app and click on “Sound” and that’s where you can turn the feature on or off. The problem with that is in the settings, there is no “Sound” option.
The biggest problem with this is customer service. There’s no phone number to call, just an email address which states your email will be answered within 24 hours of sending it. I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard a thing for 4 days now.
I’ll be returning this and it’s a shame because it probably was a simple fix, but poor customer service is something I just refuse to deal with. Especially not in this day and age where there are so many alternatives.

Unable to work with ihomekit
With new IOS this app work fine but doesn’t work with it homekit.
Broken since iOS13
Used to LOVE this garage opener, worked seamlessly with siri - however since the update to iOS13 it’s been ‘broken’ & constantly shows in Homekit as no response - latest firmware has not solved the problem - please get this working again!
