App is down more than up.
Need to use Zelle once a week and because it’s now integrated into this cc5 app…. I can’t easily do transactions as I’m forced into using cc5 app and it doesn’t work. I try for hours every week until it finally works. Constant “error on our end” obviously. Never had this issue with the Zelle app that can’t be used now.Show lessBest Bank Ever
The customer service at this bank is so good that it’s really almost unbelievable. I have had some money issues in the past year and they have helped me tremendously. I have been dealing with my sister’s estate, who passed away suddenly in November.
I opened an “Estate Account” in February at your fine bank, once I was appointed Personal Representative.
Between losing a sibling, bills to pay, her mortgage through your bank, the caliber of your associates is what it should be in all banks!
Everyone at Cape Cod Five, all department's, EVERYONE has been going above and beyond to help me figure things out and solve issues.
I have been in Customer Service my entire life, (and I am old 65) and have never seen such service!
