Buggy
It is very unreliable. The audio goes out out of nowhere, finding the person takes forever and it never loads, when you hit continue it may not let you go through and have to start a whole other skale with another person because it will NOT count. Whenever this all gets fixed I will rate it a 5.

Fix the app please
I get in trouble at work because I can never match with anyone after the first session so my training are never complete because of that lol fix the app pls
Issues are fixed and the app finally works!

Dial up speeds
This app is very troubling slow connect speeds a lot of time people can’t hear you or you can’t hear them… app constantly crashes or is down.. trying to do my work but sometimes they make it hard..
Just awful
Literally one of the worst apps I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. An abomination and a cancer that I wish could be removed, but the devs have made a deal with Satan himself and my company forces me to use it every week. Every time I open it I wish I was dead. How do you mess up an app this bad?

This app constantly malfunctions. It’s impossible to match half the time and then when you do get matched it kicks you out and you have to start over. Sometimes you finish and don’t receive credit. You constantly have to sign back in. My iPhone 12 Pro Max overheated to the point it shut down. If I could give this app ZERO STARS I would. Be better.
