Just OK
I want to rate this higher but the fact that Apple released their compatibility kit back in September and that it’s 2019 and the iPad still uses the iPhone format? Not it. When I open an article from my email, I expect it to open the app but what I don’t expect is for it to be so dang small. I have a SMALL iPad. It’s still teeny on my screen. I do most of my reading on that screen, not my phone. Please correct this oversight so I can increase my rating.

Producing and maintaining informative Black news and media is what we need today. Especially when black people are misinformed daily. Having a source of news that benefits us is essential to progress. I Love This App.

Black has been an amazing experience. I really value and rely on news during my daily commute to work, and this platform provides news about my people than regular political updates. Living and working in a white space 24/7, the app makes me feel connected to my community. I look forward to the new features implemented in the future like a social aspect. It would be awesome if I could share my thoughts with others.

This app takes allows me to pick news up from some of my favorite sites and presents the headlines to me in a clean easy on the eyes way.

Nneds work
I love the articles however this app has some real issues when attempting to access it. The screen stays blank for several minutes after opening the app. Sometimes it will even close by itself while attempting to pull up stories. Naturally, I wanted to make sure it’s not just my phone so my spouse downloaded the app and experienced the same issue. This isn’t an issue with my phone because I have not and do not have this issue with any other app. The app is slow and doesn't function well which is sad because when it does function there's so many great articles.

Easy. Fast. Accurate
Black is a great space to receive accurate black news that other news outlets do not focus on. It’s your one stop shop to see what positive things are going on in the black community and get some entertainment news. It’s hard to miss any of the top stories because the notifications draw you in as if you were talking with a group of friends. I highly recommend this app for others to use.
