Wonderful app but…

I love this app because it has great exercise that makes me feel the burn and stay fit without to much effort. It’s easy to use, exersizes are comforting and relatively easy ( you can still feel the burn). I reccomend putting a feature that lets you decide if you want to loose/gain/or maintain a certain weight. And the exercise could be costomizeable to what you choose. Great app overall!! 100% recommend💗

Dear abs, this app is amazing for your abs but there is room for improvement like there should be exercises that exercise more then just abs like thighs or arms so could you just add more exercises for those body parts please. Besides that the app is AWSOME!!!

Highly recommend

Definitely seeing results and I’m only on day 4 or 5 ! I can’t wait to see the results after the 30 days!!! And don’t have to pay for it!!! The workouts are quick to do considering Im a stay at home mom with a 9 month old it’s hard to find time to workout.

Amazing! But I have a few suggestions...

Dear Abs Workout Team... Thank you so much for creating this wonderful app! I highly recommend it because I feel my abs burning down to the ground and there is a noticeable difference in my body. But there is space for improvement. Firstly, it would be great if you would add an option where you could also have a healthy diet with it or add an option where you could insert a food (For example: Pizza) and the app tells you how much calorie is in a pizza. Secondly, it would be really helpful if you would put the diet/exercise according to age, for example, I am doing these exercises with my 10 year old sister but some of the workouts just seem a little hard on her, so it would be great if she could download it for herself and do exercises proper for her age. Again, thank you so much for this wonderful app, looking forward to improvements! Highly recommended! Have a wonderful day! Best regards
