Internal server error
This app didn’t even open. It just shows internal server error. Customer support doesn’t even know whether the app is down or not.Poor, pot luck if cab turns up
Takes ages to confirm a cab, then often driver cancels after waiting 10 mins. Worst thing is you get charged 0.5kd for them cancelling!?!
One actually turned up on Tuesday for an airport trip. After 2 mins he announced he doesn’t go to the airport!! He then kept pulling up next to cabs asking that they take me instead. I got charged 1kd for privilege.

GoCity app seems functional, but I have never managed to actually obtain a cab through it. Their drivers cancel 5 mins before pick-up time even when the cab was booked 12 hours in advance for an airport transfer. GoCity has the worst customer service ever in Kuwait. I have been trying to obtain a refund for “citycoins” for months now due to the failure of the taxi company to provide cabs when needed. Apparently they have a “no-refund” policy even when these coins are not used and just sitting there! This is basically stealing. For your peace of mind, try another taxi company, like careem.Show lessNeeds improvement
- I have booked a cab in advance and it gets accepted and scheduled and later during the time for it to arrive, there is no such schedule shown and I end up not having a ride. My time gets wasted.
- Customer service is terrible, as I have made a complaint towards this issue and they said they would contact me, but made no contact and no improvements .Show lessUnhappy

Guyz its an awesme app,Driver was on time & well behaved. I prefer everyone to expirence this once. It will save your time running behind the taxi guys.completely unprofessional
after many trial:
-Not clean car and captains are not hygienic and talking on the phone very loudly during my trips
-Do use different route without getting the permission for me.
-Try to charge me twice, i was already charged by city coins wallet and the captain and their support office clerk kept asking me to again by cash.
When I use my old wallet amount I will definitely delete this app and account for ever.Show lessFaulty application poor customer service
I booked a ride. I needed to contact customer care to confirm something as I need a special car. No body answersthe phone. The app is faulty and does not let me cancel my prebooked ride.
Until this issue is fixed. I do not recommend this app.
