Delete and reinstall
I have to delete and reinstall this app all of the time. This started when facial recognition became available. This is the only app that I have to do this with. All of my other apps work every time with facial recognition.
Not universal, doesn’t support landscape
Not universal, doesn’t support landscape. Apparently the iPad app is no longer functioning/supported, so this one needs to be doing double duty. Please support your iPad users, and anyone who prefers landscape mode.
Easy to use
I love the ease of use. The update with face recognition makes it even better and easier. Love Alcoa Tenn, their local service and local staff!
I can’t access my account
My info is correct it took calling uninstalling and reinstalling the app to work now it’s saying Bad Request again fix this I want full access to my account at all time
Crashing
After I log in I’m able to see accounts. However while scrolling down to see transactions the app always crashes at various times sometimes it crashes immediately and sometimes it crashes after a few seconds but it always crashes.
Bad choice
Old version was better. This new version is very unclear
