Glitchy app rude support
This app was not compatible with 5 devices in my household, 3 of which were less than 6 months old and all of which it claimed to be compatible with. I had to borrow a phone from someone else inconveniencing them during this entire experience. I finally got an appointment with my doctor, only to sign in and wait for almost an hour only to find out that the app had somehow cancelled my appointment. I messaged the help desk and all they told me was to update the app (it was up to date) and that it was my fault the app had glitched. In conclusion, the app is glitchy, and the support was rude and unhelpful

Convenient visits
This is the most convenient way to visit with the doctor’s office. Easier for them, easier for me. Thank you...
The app went dark on my end
I had to leave the app briefly to turn off an alarm and the doctor’s video stopped working when returned. Thankfully, she could see me even though I couldn’t see her, and we could hear each other

Hear and easy but last two times has frozen her had a poor connection and we have to recall to get items started
Why
Why would I ever drive to see a dr again and wait in the waiting room. This app is fantastic. Except it could not auto write this message from the microphone. Manual labor. Had to type it myself. 🤭
Less waiting!
I prefer to see my doctor in person; however, this app allows you to check-in and then instead of waiting, it sends you a text letting you know when your doctor is ready. So you can work or do other things instead of sitting in a waiting room or exam room. Plus, the doctors are more adamant about staying on schedule. And it holds all your insurance and pharmacy info. Highly recommend if short on time or just need a referral or have something that doesn’t require a physical exam.
