Poor Streaming
I had sent numerous emails to TVG support regarding the streaming issues we were having. I believe most of them started after their latest update. We subscribed monthly for $9.99.
I wasn’t receiving responses until I said I would cancel or give a poor review. My last response was Dec 30th and was told they would have an update in a few days that would fix our issue. It has never been fixed so I have cancelled my subscription. We have The newest Apple TV, a new modem and good internet reception.
