Bad service

I’m giving all the customers the heads up to be careful if they have an emergency do not rely upon Acemoney Is been years now that I’ve been using this service and there no improvement when the customer service has to reach out to respond to a customer they don’t have in place an updated system to alert true notification so I customer I have to go back and forth to check if the agent is attending to me and in the process is also disconnecting so I have to wait again for hours to chat with an agent prolonging the time to resolve the query in this 2024 is very bad other companies have that in place they need to quickly improve and every time I need to make a transaction it takes forever 2 days and I have always give again the account details when I have it already as a receipt recorded into my account and they are correct same as the one recorded a total disaster!!! 😡👎🏽

WORSE SERVICE

Customer support refused to answer my calls have uploaded my bank statement 7 times my transaction is still under review for 4th day now no response when i try calling customer care they hang up on me this is worst app kindly sort out my transaction

Good concept, needs improvement!

Features are great, practical and fantastic incentives. However the App has many bugs that need to be fixed!!

Why does it take to delete the app in order for the transaction to proceed? This is something that can easily be fixed, please look into this.

Poor support

Their rate is okay than others. But the customer support is worst than others. This is a financial services provider, they need to make their customers service top notch. I've 2 bad experience with them.

Facing money transfer problem

As any identity card is provided for security purposes a name should not be an issue to risk the security. Recently I tried to send money but because I put my name shortly which did not matched fully with my identity card photo transfer did not happened and I had to wait for 4 days to get the refund Ok I understand for higher security account name might be an issue but the developer should be aware of it and give warning or any correction before deducting the money from my bank so that it can transfer smoothly it should not create a hassle for the customer.

Pathetic, Extremely Disappointing and Misleading**

I've had a terrible experience with this app. They keep asking for the same documents over and over again, wasting my time and causing immense frustration. Despite their advertisements about fast money transfers, I found it to be a complete lie. The process is excruciatingly slow, and my needs were never met.

To make matters worse, you can't even upload ID documents from saved files—you have to use the camera. Then, they tell you there's a glaring issue with the image. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable service.

Compliance crazy

Of my first 7 transactions I had 6 compliance review requests requiring same information again and again. I cancelled 2 transactions because it takes too long to organise the compliance and get a clearance so sent with someone else. Only one transaction of $25 went without a compliance review and extra info being required.

Great customers care service

Such a quick response to the call to customers care. Guided me very patiently and politely to solve the technical error during transfer.

Sad that I forgot to get the name of the customer care person. Otherwise could hav mentioned his name to express my gratitude as well.
