Nice app but should offer no fees money transfer like Tap Tap send !!

Not what I expected

I thought this is better than other money transferring app. But it is not! Worst service ever! I see my card the money is already taken but now the compliance review says name doesn’t match! Like seriously!?!? Why does it has to be so complicated! Not using this app ever again!!! After this issue is resolved i’m gonna delete this app right away!!!!

Not working

ACE isn’t trustworthy anymore. I have sent money to Pakistan three days before. But it’s not done. My transaction is still in compliance review process. I sent email to company but they didn’t even reply.

Option to add funds

Would be good if customers can add funds which later can be used to transfer money rather than using card every time.

Poor service.

They hold the money for long time and the support is also very bad. They are ask questions as they in department of home affairs or ATO. Very bad experience with ace money transfer. Please don’t use the ace Money transfer. If any want to send money outside Australia so please use other channels like MoneyGram , western union, Remitly.
Very disappointed service by ace money transfer. The support members are also very rude. They don’t know how to deal with the customer. They don’t have the customer support experience.

Can’t add my account anymore

Ever since the new update was done, I don’t seem to be able to add the account I wanna send the money to.
Something is wrong with the new app. Just leave it the way it was before, efficient and fast. Why do this needless upgrade? Why?

If you try Ace it take more than expected. Also they talk about lot of rewards, all are lies.

Stay away from ACE Money transfer

Struggling to contact service centre. Payment has not been credited yet into receiver bank account but you closed my complaint. You need to make sure that you complete your task instead of just throwing commitment away from your table once you received your commission.
Not recommend at all, stay away from this company. I am worried about my money now, as it seems to be lost.
How can you close a ticket without resolving it? You need to make sure that receiver bank account is credited and transaction is completed according to your commitment.
