Worst Money Transfer Service

App is showing ready to collect however the transaction was pending compliance.
Provided 4 months bank statements and payslip and other docs but money still not paid.
Feels like a SCAM the amount of information asked yet money still not sent.
Customer service is zero to none, they are saying transaction is completed on our side and is awaiting approval from world remit when world remit is saying they have not provided no documents
WORST MONEY TRANSFER SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED !!!!

User experience

Editing recipient details is a nightmare! It only allows me to update name/contact numbers but not the bank details. Updating the bank details while sending the money is also very cumbersome. For some bank app allows you to continue and let you make the payment but later compliance team asks for updated bank account details of the recipient! Why would you let the transactions proceed in the first place if the account number format is incorrect! This app needs major UI improvements.

Please be informed as for now we no longer do switch to another browser to complete the payment process. Our latest available update had made complete in-app purchase without requiring the user to redirect to another browser. Keep Crashing

I just upgraded ur app and it not opening it keep crashing I think it need little work to be done in ur system again u have low rate now and is bad euro converted to dollar which is bad try do something about it ok

Great App, Easy and Quick Transaction

Used it first time but found it very easy and quick as I don’t need to transfer any money to any other account because the app is really good which does everything itself and your money will be ready to pickup in 30 mins. Great👍

I have been using ace money transfer app from last 3 years and it never let me worry about my money going to my home back in Pakistan to my parents and famil

Unbeatable rates and speed

Transfer speed is so fast that is sometimes unbelievable. Plus nothing beats their rates. Tried using other apps in the past but I had to delete because ace money rates is the best. Good thing is, I have been getting free transfer fee since the beginning of this pandemic. Amazing app and the customer service is superb. 100% rated

Very user friendly

First time I’ve used any money transfer app and was astonished to find how easy it was.
