Ate here last month with wife. Sarah was our server. Asked for her section when I brought my mom here to eat (we live in Daphne Alabama). The service and food was bar none, “Exceeding Industry Standards”.

App said discount of $5 if you sign up. It didn’t apply as promised. Then the credit card information disappeared and had to re-enter. And no bologna sandwiche on the app. Sorry. It was just a little frustrating.

Operational Crisis
I love the Cribs food…. Portions are slim at times for price , but it is good stuff.
The store in Gainesville seems to have serious management issues. Running out of potato’s, no staff, just lots of operational issues.

Max does a fantastic job - personable, efficient, knowledgeable of menu, super barrister, attentive server.
