However, we were dropped off on roadside and had to pay 150.000 VD more to reach Tran An. All other passengers were also dropped off unceremoniously, without any explanation and queries were answered by sleigh of their hand and driving off unconcerned. Drivers appeared there suddenly and offered to take us to our destination. Even the staff at the Trang An resort seemed to be involved, as they said we should pay even more than what the driver had asked for. This seems to be organised way to extort more money from tourists. Les billets étaient censés m’être envoyé par mail instantanément. Je n’ai RIEN reçu. J’ai essayé de contacté le service client en vain je n’ai reçu que des réponses automatiques inutiles. Quelques jours avant mon trajet, jet reçu un mail m’indiquèrent que ma réservation était annulée et sur j’émeus été remboursé. Nous avons réservé un transport via leur plateforme en faisant confiance aux prestataires qu’ils proposent. Malheureusement, le trajet s’est déroulé dans des conditions inacceptables : le véhicule était infesté de nuisibles, ce qui a rendu le voyage très désagréable et préoccupant sur le plan de l’hygiène. Nous avons fourni des preuves de cette situation au service client. Malgré cela, la seule réponse proposée a été une compensation de 6 €, ce qui est dérisoire au regard du préjudice subi. Nous étions trois voyageurs concernés, et cette indemnisation ne reflète absolument pas la gravité de l’expérience. Une plateforme qui met en relation des voyageurs avec des transporteurs devrait assumer une part de responsabilité dans la qualité des services qu’elle commercialise et traiter les réclamations de manière plus sérieuse.
