### 2/5 — Still no barcode/OCR support?

I read online that barcode and OCR was supported in the most recent release, but I still can’t scan even a basic 1D barcode in the app.

You’re right to expect reliable scanning, and we apologize for the frustration. While we recently introduced OCR, we’re not satisfied with our current OCR partner and are actively working toward a better solution.

At this time, barcode scanning is supported using compatible hardware such as Socket Mobile barcode scanners, which provide consistent 1D scanning performance.

We appreciate your patience as we continue improving the app.

### 2/5 — Dark Mode Problematic

Having dark mode enabled in system settings causes pertinent information to not appear while using this app.  The only current workaround that leaves dark mode enabled for everything else on my phone is to create a focus while using this app.  Super clunky.  Either a) fix dark mode compatibility or b) add an in-app toggle to disable dark mode.  Thanks!

**Developer response:** Hello,

We have recently released a new version of the app that enforces Light Mode. This allows you to keep your device set to Dark Mode while the app continues to display in Light Mode.

We are currently working on the next release, which will introduce the ability to switch between Light and Dark themes within the app. This enhancement is still undergoing layout and design refinements.

I’ve been using the app for several years and they keep adding features and settings that have made auditing very efficient. I can be in and out of the dealerships faster than ever.
