This app often runs 20min “flash sales” and do not include “final sale” on your cart items so they basically rush you and don’t make their return policy explicit. I’ve have had too many poor experiences with their customer service and have been disappointed with the quality of the clothes too many times to continue to shop here.

Advertised a sale exclusive to the app which lasted all of 2 minutes. I was on within seconds of it going live… the app reset and all of a sudden the “sale had ended”. I reached out to support and all they could say was that it had ended (support was quick and within 15 minutes from the start of the countdown sale). Obviously a few kinks to work out but could at least offer a discount code for those who were victim to the crash.

This company have no clue what they are doing. Their quality is awful. And their returns are made so complicated. You have to submit a request for a return, it takes 48 hrs to be approved. And if it is NOT approved for whatever reason, you have to RESUBMIT a request.  This is ridiculous. Who has time to be doing this back and forth. Do NOT recommend.

Not friendly to all body types they only give you 3 sizes if you are a xs to bad or an xl to sad clothes or beautiful wish I could wear it

I absolutely love their clothing collections, jewelry and I wish they would fix their app so I could get 50% off discounts for the amount of money I spend!  I have to use TYB to get discounts but now I don’t get the 50% off ones…fix this please!! And I can’t log into your app it always says wrong name and/or password!!
