They are thief, professional thiefs.... They just collect low level kyats ammounts like 2000 or some but again and again.... Be careful guys

It apparently scam. The cards are not randomly distributed. There will always be one person who will never get Joker card, and also there will be a person who will always have 80% to win in a game. With that being said, the algorithm is not rational.
