  • Great game but glitches

    I love this game and I use it to fall asleep every night HOWEVER recently it has been crashing so I had to delete and redownload it. For some reason it just doesn’t let me update it. Once I do that it usually works for awhile but it’s not the first time this has happened.
  • Love but have had Recent issues

    I have used this app daily for a long time , love the variety of word and number puzzles keeping my brain active ! 😊
    Recent BIG ISSUE ….. last few days the site is crashing and mostly won’t even open for me ! So disappointed , can’t message to ask in “contact us “ as the app isn’t open long enough. This is a really recent issue …just wondering if it’s a recent glitch being experienced by others too. Can’t wait for it to be fixed and get back to my daily brain training

  • Great for the most part....

    I love this game and have been playing it for well over 2 years now. But for the past 6-7 months, it has been asking me to “rate it” on a weekly basis, even though I have rated it (and as a 5 star at that), SEVERAL TIMES already. I am seriously getting tired of being asked to rate it and am about to start giving it a crappy rating simply because it keeps asking for a rating I have already given it. One that it apparently loses on occasion as well. VERY frustrating and annoying. Otherwise, it’s great and I highly recommend it. And it just did it AGAIN. I wrote and sent this review TWO DAYS AGO, with a still 5-star rating, yet TODAY, both rating and review have disappeared and when I went to re-write it, it was saved as though never finished (when I HAD sent it). PLEASE, someone FIX this annoyance!

    I’m with SleazyReesy, this is an absolutely fantastic app, I really love it but tokens are so hard to get & you burn through them so quickly. I too am an annual subscriber & love playing all the special issue games. Once you’ve completed the daily page though, you’re left with nothing but special issue games. I generally wait until I have 5-6 level ups to get at once, then use the double coins/tokens I’ve won to, well obviously, get double coins & tokens. My only other gripe is waiting for new special issues to be released, I’ve completed quite a few of my favourite special issues but it seems as though my least favourite keep getting released. I need new Armada, Kakuro & O’s & X’s. Keep up the good work though, I love all your absolutely great brain teaser puzzles.

  • Love this game however…

    This game is amazing. I love all of the different types of puzzles. However, I’ve been playing this game for years. I am a subscriber so I have access to all of the special issues prior to you releasing them to non subscribers. I only have the daily pages to complete. It would be great if you had a members/ subscribers only area, where it has special issues for members only. It’s a shame to subscribe and only have daily pages to complete.

  • Lack of Support Rendered App Unplayable

    I have had this app for years now, since its earliest iterations. I have loved the puzzles, the enhancements, and the achievements. Over time I had accrued enough tokens through daily logins, purchases, and completing challenges to virtually never have to worry about tokens and be able to play whatever puzzles in the app that I wanted. Two weeks ago I experienced an error in the app that removed some of my progress and more importantly ALL of my tokens needed to play the puzzles. I immediately messaged their support and received the auto reply that if it was outside of their normal business hours they may not get to it until the next day, and since I sent in the issue on a Sunday I expected to hear back on Monday or I would have even given by later that week since it was close to the holidays. Two weeks later, and with consistent updating on my end, I still have not heard back from their support and have seen no changes made to my account. I now lack enough tokens to even complete their current event, even with continuing to log in daily. I am very disappointed as I did so enjoy the variety of puzzles and the constant updates, but this has completely disheartened me from continuing to support this developer.

  • 5 stars before a recent update

    First I want to express how much I loved this app. I have completed every daily back to February of 2020 and have amassed over 441,000 coins.

    The problem comes with a small change in a recent update. In the past once you waited a certain amount of time you could accumulate 5 tokens. You could then use 5 tokens and watch an ad to play a puzzle. You could do this as much as you wanted each day. This was good because there are days I didn’t have time to complete all the dailies and would have several to do at one time. One of the recent updates now only allows you to do this a certain amount of times each day. This becomes a real problem if you are trying to do an event that is only good for a certain amount of time. Since you are limited on the number of puzzles you can play you barely have enough time to complete the events.

    If any developer reads this, could you please change it back to allow unlimited times to watch an additional with 5 tokens or allow the tokens that can be accumulated over time go to 10.

  • Great game, but all my puzzles disappeared

    I love puzzle page because of the variety of puzzles that are offered; both daily and through the special issues. I don’t have a subscription, but every day I go to the puzzle page and spend tokens to “buy” all the puzzles for the day at the discounted rate so I can go back and play whenever I have time. I just downloaded the iOS 15 software and when I went to the puzzle page ALL of the puzzles I’ve “purchased” (with tokens) are showing up white instead of blue (white HASN’T been purchase, blue HAS been purchased, and gold means the puzzle was completed). I had well over a year’s worth of puzzles “purchased”; some were completed, and a lot were waiting for me to find time to come back to them. Is there any way to fix this to get my puzzles back without having to “purchase” them all over again?? I was hesitant to use the cloud information to overwrite what’s on my phone because all of my achievements are showing up properly, and I’m not sure what will happen to those as I’m not sure the last time I was connected to the internet while playing in order for it to update and save to the cloud. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

  • Suggestion

    Love the app, but have hundreds of “helper” bonus cards to scroll through to find the bonus cards I actually want to use. It takes ages and I don’t need the helpers in game. Any chance you could set it up so we could recycle bonus cards for tokens (which are actually useful) or even just another slice of bonus card pie so we can maybe get a more useful bonus card out of the ones we don’t need? This accumulation of bonus cards is getting increasingly annoying, so I’d love it if you could implement a solution =)

  • Really enjoy but…

    I play the free version and watch lots of ads. Would be nice to be rewarded for this with new issues of the games I like rather than those just being for subscribers. I’m still making money for the developers.

    How about some new special issues for non subscribers? Even old ones for subscribers would be nice. On the verge of stopping playing as there are too few of my favourites in the daily set. Thanks.
