Good but ...
I have played this game for a long time. Can’t afford the subscription so play the free version. I love the puzzles. Lots of variety, but this is a very unstable application. Ads don’t play or they do play but you don’t get the reward. Puzzles I have already completed come up as not being done, every update sends me back to the lowest setting for collecting daily playing points. The list goes on. There is a constant conflict between the cloud saves. The developers need to do some work on getting rid of the multiple bugs in this game.Show lessPeridot52

Update: my first review issue was resolved. If it didn’t take so long to get new editions of my favorite puzzles and it wasn’t so addicting (lol) I’d give it five stars. There are many puzzles I don’t care for and some I’ve never been able to figure out how to solve them, kinda wish I could replace them with my favorites.
I really like this game as it has so many different puzzles to solve. I only give it 3 stars because it closes on its own frequently causing me to lose coins and tokens. If I’ve used coins to show errors or give a letter when it suddenly closes those are gone so I have to use more coins to get those clues again. I have also lost tokens when I choose a puzzle and don’t even get started and when I go back into the app I have to use tokens for that puzzle again. I have purchased coins and tokens, that’s how much I like this game app; something I have never done on a different game app. Purchasing coins and tokens is not something I can afford when living on SSDI so it means something when I’ve made a purchase. I’d give it 5 stars if it didn’t close and I wouldn’t lose my coins and tokens, I rarely give full stars to anything.Show lessFozzyBear15

It’s a good assortment of games, some particularly easy, others more of a challenge. In app purchase of tokens or subscription is really required to play more than a couple of games at a time as each game requires 10 tokens and you seem only able to gain 5 at a time by watching adverts, and even then only a few times a day before that stops. Decided to re download the app since I’ve never had a developer actually respond to a review I had left. My initial complain was that there is a limit of ads you can watch to play the game before it just says n/a and you need to buy tokens. I’m thinking this is some glitch in the system. There doesn’t seem to be any real pattern as to when the videos are unable to play. Hopefully that will be worked out soon. The other free options for tokens don’t really work. I follow all of the steps and only get the reward maybe 30% of the time.
Just a suggestion, I feel not all games should be worth the same amount of tokens. I can spend 30 seconds on an x+o, 4 minutes on a word search, 20 minutes on a soduko, ect ect and each one of those is 10 tokens. It would be nice to pay per difficulty
As stated previously, the game is a tom of fun and offers a great variety of games with easy to follow instructions and helpful hints. I play the easier games during meetings and work the harder ones at night. I would be totally fine if this was the only game on my phone :)Show lessMeg12sports

All ads that appear between puzzles or at other times can be skipped by tapping the 'X' or '>>' icon in the corner. If you need any further assistance please refer to the in-game help system. I love this game, but customer service is horrible. They made an error on May 3 where it was possible to get unlimited tokens and coins...I understand, take away what was gathered from this error....but they should have taken them away from everyone, not just some. Also, they should have allowed the ones who they took coins and tokens from to be able to keep the coins and tokens the individual won. I tried contacting customer service about the unfairness of taking the tokens and coins from some but not all, but they have yet to contact me back. They need to do something about their error.
Also, it is hard to play a full days page with just the 20 tokens you are given if you play the max amount of days. Their are achievements that are earned (which also from their error, it is harder to achieve those, so you don’t get the tokens as easily) for a certain number of pages or puzzles of some kind done. I don’t have a lot of money, so subscribing so I can play unlimited would be a struggle for me.Show lessmandypanda82
Was in love with this game until..
Seriously, when I first downloaded this game, I love it! I loved the range of puzzles and that you could play a lot of puzzles without a subscription.
However, the real downfall to this game is how glitchy it is.
Event rewards don’t actually add to my current tokens/coins. When I spend gold to use a hint, sometimes the hint itself is actually WRONG causing the rest of the puzzle to be incomplete.
Ads tend to freeze and don’t reward you with the tokens/coins you watched it for.
Daily pages glitch and don’t apply the daily discount, or give you the consecutive days token reward.
But WORST of all (this turned me off the game altogether),
There was an event glitch that the developers tried to rectify by rewarding people with tokens/coins. The reward itself glitched and rewarded me with 10,000+ tokens and 50,000+ coins. After realising the glitch, the developers took all the rewards away which sucked because I was able to play so freely and was probably using the app for 8+ hours a day. Now you’ll be lucky to get an hour out of me tops which is super annoying because I enjoyed the game but shouldn’t have to wait forever for tokens to accumulate. Now they punish us and take away all those rewards for THEIR mistake. I think that’s really poor on the developers behalf and because of this and how glitchy the game is, you won’t be seeing me play much at all anymore.

Thought I’d found a keeper... but ads ads ads
Love the amount and range of puzzles on this app and used to really enjoy playing it but the adverts are getting RIDICULOUS and I cannot stand it anymore. It used to just show banner adverts which I don’t mind at all as I can still play the games without too much bother and I’d occasionally watch a video ad to play an extra puzzle but now after EVERY puzzle there is a video advert that you cannot skip so I end up closing the app because I don’t want to waste 30 seconds of my day over and over watching the same boring and sometimes gross adverts.
Wanted to add that the subscription fee is just too much for me to pay and I get they need to make money but all these extra ads and schemes to get you to spend money like tokens and gems or whatever and subscription seem like money grabbing.
I am looking for a better puzzle app as this one is infuriatingShow less182blablabla

I have this game in iOS and I absolutely adore it, the concept, the execution, the puzzles, I love it all, so it’s been so disheartening about how I literally can’t play the game at the moment because it freezes and then crashes within 10 seconds of the main screen coming up! I used to play this every night before bed to wind down and on the bus to college but it’s just become too infuriating. I haven’t completed a puzzle in weeks because I open the app collect my bonus get the discount unlock a puzzle (usually picture cross) then I do one square and it freezes for a minute then crashes. I was literally about to become a subscriber until I started encountering this issue - why pay money every month for a game I can’t play? I adore this app and the puzzles so please please stop it from crashing so I can play again

I absolutely love this app! And if you’re a fan of puzzles and brain teasers then this is surely the only App you’ll ever need!
As a yearly subscriber, the one minor fault/flaw i’d suggest reviewing is the one surrounding tokens. Even with a subscription, tokens can be very hard to amass and in order to continue playing your favourite puzzles in the seperate subscription (issues) section once you have exhausted your five keys for the day, is to continue by using 10 tokens each puzzle.
I burnt through approximately 1500 tokens in just a matter of days because each page has approximately six puzzles to complete, and if you times that by 10 in order to complete 1 issue, it can wear-down very quickly!

Great game, and 1 problem with cross sum
I love everything about this game.. ok maybe except the amount of ads. There used to just be a few no there is one after every puzzle. I can deal with that. That’s a pay for app or you get ads just like every other app. Not your fault you have to make money too. The problem I have is that these games are meant to stimulate and educate. Well cross sum does against everything that is taught about math. The order of operations is not followed and thus is teaching math incorrectly. Multiplication and division come before addition and subtract. For example the cross sum for today on the bottom line was 4+3x6=42. This is incorrect. If the order of operations was followed the correct answer is 22. The steps here to solve 4+3x6 is to first multiply the 3x6 giving 18 then add the 4 making it 22. In the current process that cross sum is using, it is teaching take the first number against the second number based on the sign. Then take the answer to that equation and take it against the last number based on sign. This is resulting in an incorrect response to any equation that has the multiplication and division signs after the addition or subtraction signs.Show lessReview1234567

We're sorry to hear you've had a problem. Cross Sum puzzles don't use standard order of operations, as noted in the puzzle instructions. They are always resolved left-to-right and top-to-bottom.
