I’ve been playing for years.
Sadly, the game is either frozen or something else is going on. The event that was going on, allowing you a daily gift or something. Has been popping up. I can’t claim anything, I can’t exit off the screen. I haven’t been able to play since this started (around new years). Which is sad, I try to play it once a day! I don’t want to delete the game. I have so many unclaimed prizes. I forgot what I’m logged in under. I don’t want to lose the progress I had. Which is over 60 prizes! If I do delete it and nothing happens, hopefully it was just a glitch. If I do delete it and none of my prizes are on there. I felt like I just wasted so many keys, coins, and actual money, along with tokens. Other than the small minor glitches and this inconvenience cause happening. The game is fun, you can win actual prizes. Some are completely free, some you have to pay S&H. It’s worth it. They also arrive very fast. They look exactly like the images as well.
Edit: The support team is amazing! They helped fix my issues. They’ve remained in contact until the solution came up for us and helped me resolve it ASAP. Couldn’t ask for a better support team. I sent an email regarding my issues after they responded to my complaint, they contacted me back the same day. I’ve been playing since they started. I’ve won some amazing prizes. I have so much fun playing! I’ve played the other and to me this is the best! Their support team is awesome! If a prize gets lost in the mail or a machine malfunctions, they are quick to make it right. Now for the resent update. I’m sad to see some of the coin machines removed. I was great at it but it sometimes kept me playing. But I’ll survive. Also please fix it so we can use our tickets in the shop. It’s not fair to keep it closed all the time with paying customers. Thank you Clawee for giving me so much entertainment! ETA: of course you have to pay to play. Clawee doesn’t give you prizes for free. And the game does take some skill. Ppl it’s not free! It’s a business and they have to make money to provide prizes and keep the machines running, plus pay staff.
ETA 2 Thank you for your response! There is only 3 things I can think of for improvement. 1. Open ticket shop so we can all use our tickets more frequent. Maybe once a month? 2. Fix and add more emoji’s (👍🏻🤞🏼🍀📸) Sometimes mine don’t work. 3.(I’m on the fence about), Put a limit on how many times a player can keep playing on a machine so others can play for that prize. I’ve always been good at these types of games so I started today and won in the tutorial naturally afterward i spent a few bucks to have some nice starter money and I pretty much have been grabbing what I wanted non stop, there is a bit of a delay between input and execution since the machines are live but once you compensate for this winning is easy, not too much later I saw the advertisement for the golden gacha ball game and a chance to win 24k coins for 7.99 so I take a shot and my first grab I win 20,000 coins I then take that and win almost 4 plushies all in the span of about an hour I now have most of those on their way to my house, traded the more girl oriented wins for coins and will update this review if I actually receive my winnings.
Edit: I received all prizes won, it does take a really long time but they all did eventually show up and since I paid the few bucks shipping was free for all of them I imagine the game can only really become costly if your bad at it and continue to dump money into it but if you are skilled you can get free coins daily save up for what you want to win and then go for it.Show lessRavaex
