Exceptionally poor credit card management
Adding credit cards is straight forward but they don't work across stores. Try that and your card is declined then you have to add it again for the new store and the previous entry never works and can't be deleted. Just very bad. No apple pay option either.

It just works …at arm’s length!
It imported my old rewards easily and does its job at the store easily. I love the way it relies on scanning barcodes and QR, and does it WELL. (So many other systems do not scan reliably, or the back end doesn’t handle the codes well, etc.)

Doesn’t Save Payment Info
The app does not allow you to successfully save payment information. I am unable to pay for my online order, defeats the purpose. Prompts you to save another card and another and another until they have all your cards but still can’t use them to pay.
Nice surprise
I was looking to get a fresh juice this morning until I got to Robeks at Miramar -FL. It was my first time at Robeks. It was a nice surprise because it is such a new place, with a team of associates at smiles at you.❤️Planing to go back again today to introduce Robeks to my young daughter.

Card keeps declining when i order from different locations
Whenever I change the store, my card keeps getting declined and I have to keep manually put in my card information, it’s really annoying. You guys should add Apple Pay as a payment option.

The owner is in all the time and is ALWAYS so friendly! I love this place and now I take my kiddos there for a healthy treat that they love also! From their bowls to their protein shakes and everything in between. 12/10!

I have been coming here for smoothies and now Açaí bowls for probably 15 years. Great service, friendly staff always and great tasting, healthy choices. Also now Avacado toast!!
