Very poor UI/UX
This app is the worst banking/ home loan app I have ever used. Very poor UI/UX design.
Access denied after upgrading the app
A day ago I accessed my account through the old App. There was notification to make sure to use the latest app. I updated my app today but then it asked me for credentials again. I entered my credentials and it says Error. I have no issue accessing my account through Livez Money Web with my credentials.

Why do I have to log in every time.
Asks to setup Face ID but doesn’t actually do anything stay logged in.
System does get in and super basic but horrible.

Suddenly it closes itself
I’m trying to send a text to follow an issue, and the app closes and opens suddenly without warning, really you have to work more in the app…
Terrible app
First time using the app after five minutes it freezes had to close and restart and then during a chat it goes blank only showing keyboard, lost the chat
Scheduled payments not working
Unable to schedule a payment. The calendar won’t open and when I try manually to type in a date, it is messed up. This is the worst banking app I have ever used!
Steaming pile of turd garbage
The app crashed 7 times during a chat with support. Each time I had to ask to be transferred back to the original agent. Slow and buggy. If I had a choice, this would not be it.

Basically end up calling support every time because it has the barest minimum features or they are too hard to find. Also regularly boots all your info off so need to enter your customer no for access
Better than the bank, but that’s not saying much.
App is ok but very basic. If only the bank were anywhere hear half as good, which would still mean that they are woeful….
