Not effective

It always logs me out or says it’s unable to connect, try again. Then I try again and it still doesn’t work for days on end. Wish this was fixed!

Wont connect to the controller after extended period

Wont connect to the controller unless standing next to it. If more than a few hours it wont connect at all

No support for multiple units

This app doesn't support multiple units!
If you have a heater upstairs and a seperate heater downstairs, you have to sign out of one and then sign in to the other. Very anoying!!!!
I have been waiting years for the app to be updated to support multiple units

Not connecting - fixed in update.

Have to remove app & reinstall to use after latest upgrade. Please fix.

Really rubbish software

This app and the actual fixed controller need to be reprogrammed. It’s a terrible user interface reminiscent of something from 20 years ago.

Not Connecting

What a useless system. Have to uninstall & re-install to use doesn’t connect. So if I forget and leave the house, the system has to run the entire time I’m away. Fix this otherwise useless app

Good when it works.

This is an unreliable app. Could be really good with some development. At the moment- ordinary.

Not Connecting

There is a major bug in the latest version.
On launching the app an attempt is made to ‘connect to system’ but it never connects.
The app needs to be closed & re- opened to connect.
Also the status bar at the bottom is no longer visible. This was helpful in seeing that a command was executed.
How did this pass UAT & get released in this state? A fix would be appreciated.

Hi Gpd19, the mention should have been addressed in the latest release. about the loading bar, it has been removed as now if the app can connected to the system, the updates on the phone will always go thru to the AC, unless the AC is offline, i.e. AC is powered off

Connection issues

Since the most recent update the app won’t connect unless it is force closed and reopened.

Don’t bother

Don’t spend the money to install the wifi module.
It stayed in minimal viable product stage. Soon get will cut the cloud access.
STAY AWAY.
