Doesn’t always work
This app has some long-standing problems, and no obvious way to contact the developer — so here are the issues, in the hope that someone will notice.
– the first stage of connecting doesn’t always work, and the app doesn’t progress to the ‘connecting to system’ stage; app needs to be force quit and restarted to work again
– changing settings requires the user to wait for a little orange line to appear and go all the way across. This isn’t obvious, and the user can’t switch away until the orange line completes or the setting won’t change
– can’t set or adjust the schedule in-app, only override
– override always picks a random temperature, in a multiple of 10 degrees away from the previous setting; requires manually tapping the minus button 10–20 times to get a reasonable setting
- override has an unnecessary on/off switch in addition to the override switch itself, and this often reverts to off while setting.
In that it can sometimes change the air conditioning settings, it is functional, but the UI needs a lot of work.

Works ok could be improved
Had installed this on my new evap and generally it works well.
I’d like to see added to the app would
Be ability to put the unit into pump only flush mode in case of fire to keep the pads wet.
Otherwise works pretty well, even got the google integration working after a bit of guessing as to the voice commands (don’t seem to be listed anywhere and what descriptions there are the commands are wrong)

Great idea but poor execution
I love this concept, particularly being able to switch on my heater before I get home, and it’s good when it works, but experiencing constant poor performance. Loading the app is very slow, the wall unit constantly loses the wifi connection even though the router is located 1 meter from the wall controller. Sometimes my heat switches itself on during the day or night without me turning it on. My unit is only a few months old but I’ve been super frustrated with it daily since installing it. Would be good if Seeley could make improvements to connectivity and stability in the app as soon as possible as it’s costing me a fortune in heat when it turns my heat on for 8-10 hours a day while I’m at work.
