Call quality isn’t good

For the last 3 weeks the call quality is very bad, the person on the other line sounds like a robot or I can’t hear them at all, half the time I get a “your package doesn’t support the area you’re trying to call” but there is no packages to buy only calling coins they put out an update but it doesn’t seem to fix anything and no sign of another update, also no Customer support, if no update comes so I will have to file a charge back with my bank for all the coins I have bought and not been able to us

Keypad?

This is an excellent app.

However. for certain calls, I need a keypad to type in numbers to access the various phone lines.

After using the keypad to call a number, the keypad disappears during the call.

Is there a way to access the keypad during a call?

App never works

this app never works , when I called my friend he never received call goes straight to voice mail , I left voice mail still no record of voicemail to his phone , never showed my number when I called him so basically call was not successful, I tried to call other friends same way they never received my call, my phone number never showed that I had call , and voice mail I left never received , if you pay subscription cancel why would you pay for something that never works , also there is no app support , so you can email they never answer back
