Just TERRIBLE
This app is by far the most useless app I have ever downloaded; there are a lot of technical difficulties. You can't do anything helpful on this app. If you're looking to select a seat, you might as well ship yourself as cargo than try to get a seat on this app. It's awful!!!
Very annoying
Its funny Ethiopian airlines is one of Africa's biggest airlines but they don't check and fix the app this shows how they are disrespectful and no morals
The app keeps crashing
The app works well when it works. I have used it several times for travel. For the past weeks it’s been crashing immediately.
P.O. Box problem when registering
Trying to register for she smiles, along all the other personal information it asks for P.O Box #,

Nothing works well on it
I did not use the app to book. I couldn’t check in, get seats, or get a boarding pass with the app. It kept giving me a technical issue message. I called there customer service line to have my call dropped twice before speaking with someone and then that call was dropped. So then after 4 tries I actually completed a conversation with an Ethiopian Rep who was professional and very helpful and received my seat assignments. I tried to check in on the website and on the app but had issue after issue, therefore I was not able to get a boarding pass. Their website is also very difficult to navigate. The people that work for Ethiopian seem very nice and professional but the company seems to have serious issues with online technical aspects. Please get a better IT department.

Cheap app
Extremely bad app, crashes constantly, loading all day long and nothing is coming up even tho my wifi is perfect, it seems like W budget app, you would expect better from an airline app with millions of dollars

I am writing this to express my disappointment with the way you handled my request to upgrade my flight, It was really funny to take my miles withoutupgradingmy flight & force me to accept economy class without any help from your side to solve this case or at least upgrade my flight while you're fixing the issue from your side.
This is completely unacceptable, I cannot trust your system anymore, you have a very poor App & we cannot feel safe while we are collecting miles or even while we are using our cards to book, it's not trusted App at all.
I'm sorry to tell you that i have decided to stop using ET forever, I'm going to look for another Airlines that can respect their clients.

Terrible app
This is honestly the most frustrating app I’ve ever come across. It’s very slow, it crashes often, and doesn’t perform many of the tasks it claims to be able to (selecting a seat on here doesn’t guarantee you’ll get it in reality). The check in process also takes many tries before it’s successful, it’s much easier, and faster, to use the web check in.

A true downgrade from even walking
I flew Ethiopian airs around 3 years ago and have accumulated around 7,000 Sheba miles. The experience was poor at best, but the 7,000 is looking good. Planed to transfer my shebamiles to globalmiles but couldn’t despite shebamiles saying I can. My miles are Award miles and are not in my blue card for some reason. There are too many currencies like Award Miles, status miles, and what looks like (card?) miles? None of these should be necessary if everything could be under the same currency. I would like to use the 7,000 miles because no way in hell do I want to fly with an airbus as horrible as Ethiopian airlines. Ethiopian airlines is a downgrade from walking. I would rather walk the distance between india and my country.
