You’ll always have problems with this App. And customer service will never help you to get back your money. I’ll never fly with Ethiopian airlines anymore.
Manage bookings is useless
I’ve imputed my booking information so I can check on it regularly and no matter how many times I put in the information it never shows up. It always said it’s been added to my wallet but when I go and check “my upcoming trips” it’s never there. If this app can’t simply show me my upcoming trip then what is it good for? Literally the only reason why I downloaded this app and it doesn’t work. Very frustrating and disappointed.

Worse airlines/worse app/worse airport
It only makes sense that the app is just as bad as the airlines and airport. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible Service!
Worst Customer service period. Once you get ahold of someone and you explain what’s going on they place you in hold to never return or just straight up hang on you. My flight times kept updating everyday around my departure time.
Spelling and loading times
While registering it asks for PO Box and it’s a mandatory field. It shouldn’t be mandatory. Not everyone uses PObox, while booking it says “Master” or “Miss” ? Do you guys mean Mr.? The next thing is loading takes a while after page after page. Otherwise good staff… also I’m I getting the 10% discount automatically?

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work and check-in is impossible throwing a weight error when there is no way to enter weight. Terrible app and causes more confusion than anything.
This app is crap
This is the worst airline app ever I can’t check In from it I can’t do anything that I need to do. I hate this app I wish I never booked through this airline. Using it stresses me out
Garbage
It is full of bugs, seat selection is a mess you select something on the website it shows you something else, gives irrelevant errors, pretty much inline with the airline service quality!
UI/UX
The user interface to book flights is confusing. I’m an IT geek and it’s confusing me...imagine the others. The dates on top keep changing both my outbound and inbound flight dates
