Worst experience ever!
Designer24 is the worst. I gave them my wedding dress to rent out on the 22nd of February 2018 (8 months ago!). When I contacted them in October for updates they didn’t even know that it existed in their system! They replied by saying they’re certain that they sent it back to me long ago...
After a long debate, I managed to convince them to check again in their system. They finally found it in their warehouse in Antelias where it had been long forgotten.
Long story short, designer24 never put my dress in their showroom or on their website and never bothered to contact me for any updates. I took it back and sent it to “The Hour Dress” who value customer experience and update me every time they rent it.
Thanks for nothing designer24. Never again!
