Unable to log in using portal password
As per typical a service that starts off with a website that needs user credentials is developed. From that an app is built. Do you think I can use my current credentials on the app? No. What do you think will be the product owners resolution? “You’ll have to update your password”. Let me say this; if you had been bothered to test properly, resolve the issues & migrated your clients database correctly, then I shouldn’t have to. Show some god damn due diligence & do the job you were contracted to do properly.
