Completely unintuitive...
And to top it off, Settings screen is in Spanish. Could not find a way to create QR code from various items and there is no help file

Thanks for the feedback, I’ll fix translations on next release. To create a QR just click on top right icon, in iOS UX that icon means “create”. 🙂
