No Apple Pay compatibility with debit card
I love the app! It does everything I need it to do. Only issue I have is LA Financial Credit Union not having their cards being able to be used by Apple Pay. It would definitely be more convenient.
Unfreeze card on app feature would be nice
I’d strongly recommend a feature where if your card is frozen you’re able to unlock it via app other than that it’s pretty convenient
Needs to be fixed
The app worked fairly well, then they did an update and you can’t deposit checks online anymore. It has been weeks and they haven’t fixed it yet. They need to get their act together.
Doesn’t work
Well the new app doesn’t do what I need it for most that’s a deposit a dam check. Your iPad never let me down before and was always efficient and effective. But I had a bunch of money I wanted in the savings account and I can’t get to the bank and so I put it in another bank.
Could be better
User interface is okay, app is a little glitchy though. I’ve had a lot of difficulty using the mobile deposit feature when uploading images of the check. Also, the on screen directions aren’t clear on where you should be signing the endorsement on the check.
Limited
The app is limited to simple banking issues, deposits are hard and does not recognize money orders or any checks that are ordinary. personal Payments are limited to members, can’t use Zelle or connect with other cash apps. It’s frustrating, I want to support credit unions, but progress is much needed.

Credit Union App
This app is so easy to use and navigate. I love the quick transfers and bill pay options.
Its nice to check my account right then instead of going to an atm all the time
