Reverse the recent update
I usually am obsessed with this app but the latest update has ruined it. Itโs laggy looks weird and the set up of ones you completed is not good. Iโm quite upset -Harlo

Amazing app but one issue
Iโve been playing with this app for about 2-3 years now. And I absolutely love it, but there has been one issue since Iโve gotten the app. And itโs only happened once before and itโs that anytime my phone updates, all of my progress disappears. I probably made it up to level 500 something and my hearts were around 1.5 million. All of a sudden Iโm logged out of my account and when I log back in itโs all reset. The last time this has happened I emailed them to try and fix my issue which they did very fast. But this is the second time itโs happened and itโs really disheartening to see so much of my progress just disappear like that. :(

Really great, exceptโฆ
Itโs a really great app; calming, chill, and overall entertaining. The only thing Iโm not satisfied with is that sometimes there will be weird color squares that tell you to color it a color that doesnโt belong there. Like itโs a black and white picture, but all the sudden itโll tell you to use the color blue. Itโs obviously not supposed to be blue, but it wonโt let you finish the picture until you color it blue. Other than that though, Iโve have had an overall great experience with it all and recommend this to anyone who want to pixel color custom pictures.

disappointing ads
usually like this app but recently iโve been finding it difficult to get into the app itself. the pop up ad as soon as you enter the game is entirely impossible to cross out off. i find myself constantly refreshing just to get an ad that i can cross out of to get into the game. this easily takes a lot of time. by the time iโm in the game i no longer want to play it anymore. itโs a shame.

I love everything about this app, but did you guys get rid of the official DISPATCH pictures? I donโt like uploading pictures I would like to color and would just like to color the pictures that are already provided for us. It just takes me to the forum when I click on the member of a group instead of the pictures I need to color. Is this cause of the new update? Are we only allowed to color uploaded pictures now?

i'm going to complain everyday PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE i love this app but i cant even exit out of the ads it's really infuriating, and so many other people have said the same thing and you still haven't changed it ???? like at least make it so you can get rid of ads but you cant even open the app to do that so i'm very confused but this is so frustrating for those with newer phones, at least change which ads you play so we can x them out i'm literally begging you i'll do anything

Good app but major problem
I enjoy the app and all all the pictures. But the ads are making me enjoying the app a lot harder. I upgraded my iPhone 6s Plus to a iPhone 11 and ever since then when I click on the โxโ on the ads it doesnโt go away. The โxโ is too small and it pops up in the very corner of my screen making it even harder for me to exit the ad. This prevents me from playing on the app. And it still does the same thing no matter how many times I close the app and retry it again. Iโm probably gonna delete the app since I canโt play on it.
