amazing but needs improving
This app is really good and the other comment is not true just because you dont get notifications you can just click on the app dont be lazy (i get notifications) i want this app to be improved because sometimes logs me out but all the other things are great
Useless
Notifications have never worked. The amount of communications I have missed because of this. This app seriously needs redevelopment. The UI is slow and uneasy to use. I’m asking my school to suggest using a different platform.
Great school app
Very happy with this app to get communications from my daughter’s school. It’s great. Works well without being too fussy.

Had the app for a year. Fantastic, user friendly, great for getting info out to parents.
Useless
The app won’t let me put in lunch orders, sends me error messages constantly and unregisters my account on a daily basis. This means I am not receiving important personal information from the school. Totally useless.
Not great
Often takes an age to load, or crashes. Every few months the forms stop working and I have to delete it and reload. A right faff

Absolutely hopeless! Notifys me of a message then when I click on it it completely disappears! I’m missing out on extremely important updates from my kids school.
Privacy concerns
The ap works fine for me but I am v concerned about the lack of a need for passwords or sign in or verification of even having a child at a school. In theory I could sign in to any school without having a child- and view all their information and photos. This is really a considerable oversight, in my view and needs to be addressed. I’m surprised that schools have taken this on given the lack of information security for their pupils.
