Worst app ever I can never use it because it doesn’t even work at all. I HATE this app it is the WORST
Not good enough - crashes at the worst time
During a global pandemic and under lockdown conditions it’s more important than ever that schools can communicate with parents of the pupils.
So I can see from the push notification that there is an important update from our kids’ head teacher.
Can I read it?
NO. The app repeatedly crashes when I try to do so.
This is simply unacceptable.
Fix this amateur app or give the schools their money back.
(For those wondering, it doesn’t matter if you’re on the latest version of iOS or not, it still fails)

Terrible app. Wish the school would go back to their own version.
Doesn’t work
Gets frozen/stuck and takes ages/so many days to get back to normal. Had to get my daughter’s homework from app but it’s stuck from so many days now will have to request her teacher to give me on paper as last day is fast approaching. Missed all important notifications from school

I open it. It loads. It’s closes down. Repeat sequence... I can’t even read the school messages and this is useless with two children at school!!!

Prefer the old app
My two kids go to different schools one being high school and one primary school
It won’t allow me to have both them on my phone at the same time so can’t access big schools information

Adequate but buggy
It’s not the app’s fault that a school doesn’t utilise all of its features, but the developer has responsibility for its operation.
The app on iPhone is quite buggy and crashes when switching between items. Sometimes it doesn’t load at all.
The look is quite dated to my eyes, but I guess it does the job. Stability is the most important thing and it’s not quite up to the task.
