very bad application
At first it was one of the best applications, now it is the worst, they have been there for more than 4 years and they have not released an update, many coins that I have say that they are fixing the app and it has been like this for 4 years, be careful before knowing where they put their coins , now the error appears and the wallet never connects and it always appears in red that it is turned off, your funds may be at risk, they have not added a single new currency for 5 years, it is a very outdated app.Show lessFrankmantilla57
Don’t trust Coinomi Support to help you when you need them.
Right after getting a new iPhone I had to recover my Coinomi wallet, which was expected and no big deal. I had my pass phrases and it easily recovered my wallet.
However, when I went to recover each coin one by one, Avalanche didn’t recover, even though all of the others did. Fortunately, I didn’t buy a ton of it, but that’s still money stolen from me by Coinomi, and I’ll never forgive them for it. And I’m going to transfer all of my other coins out of their wallet to Exodus, which has never given me a hassle or problem.
BTW, I tried their live chat support, and several days later they still haven’t responded to me, even though at the top of the chat, it says the average response time to get a reply is 5 minutes. Yeah, don’t believe them.
That money is gone and I blame Coinomi, because I correctly recovered my wallet on my new iPhone and most of the coins I had in that wallet. I didn’t attempt to recover avalanche any differently than the others.Show lessRoyvanmiral
The sweep functionality is impressive!
This app was among a few that I installed that actually has the functionality to sweep a paper wallet’s private key. However, after initial setup it did take more than a day for the app to activate and in the meantime, the screen had limited to no functionality with no explanation. The next day, I deleted the app and reinstalled it and received a message that the app was now activated and ready for use. So you might have to be patient but after trying several other apps only to find out that those apps either no longer supported the sweep feature or had serious bug or security issues, this app saved the day for me. Once activated, all the controls appeared and from then on it was super easy to use. I would recommend it!Show lessPleased Customer 557
Most reliable crypto app ever
I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 80,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 180,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But I didn’t realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if they were other people who had any similar experience. I stubbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of Thecyberspynet (At) gmailcom . So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within two weeks i feel indebted to him. Terrible service
this is 9th february...i can boldly tell you that this app is a disaster..you might enjoy it for a month but the next month you’ll hate it.
my funds are currently with them but my balance shows 0$..over 24 hours, my dying son needed funds i can’t even get it out..the customer representative are unprofessional, they tell you try MEW but it doesn’t work even with the right recovery phrases.

Simple Recovery experience
It’s great and simple. As long as you have the recovery phrase, you can have access to your Bitcoin account even if you forget your password built in the UI without starting all over again.Toby.Moreno

Lost $600 in app — horrible design, zero help
I signed up for an account. Failed to write down my password. Had $600 transferred in. I can see the funds and the wallet, but when I went to spend some of that money, I forgot my password.
You can reset your password if you have a passphrase — but I didn’t know I needed to set up a passphrase. If you want to set up a passphrase, you need your password. Not cool.
Horrible design. App should make you set up a passphrase before you’re allowed to transfer IN money. So now my funds are gone, according to their “live chat support.”Show lessrocknrollercoaster
Good wallet. Dark mode needed?
Edit: broken dark mode on my SE after ios13. Update. It’s no longer broken. It’s a decent wallet and makes holding multiple cryptos easy. There are some security concerns and it lacks a dark mode but overall a great wallet. Just like any other wallet on a phone don’t put all your funds here. It is just for small spending and transfers. 4 stars until they add some more top coins and a dark mode. Thanks
