Service charge
Good app, easy to use and modify order however it automatically adds a service charge onto the order! There is no need for this additional charge that cuts down on admin and prevents staff answering the phone.

50p service charge
50p service charge for paying by card I’m sure isn’t legal in the uk would look at getting that updated

Wanted to order rack of rib meal along with burger meals for other. App was adding the cost on but failing to show rib meal as part of order, had to cancel and order again but only burger meals

Thank you for the feedback. Burger 7 had marked the ribs meal unavailable in the admin area but the current version of the app interface does not reflect the availability. The server still prevents the item from being added to the basket. We plan to update the app shortly to display availability and hide the add buttons accordingly
