Brilliant app for UK NRL fans

After initial problems casting to the tv I have found it works perfectly with Samsung smart tvs. Stream quality is flawless and no buffering . Would recommend to anyone.

Very, Very Poor App

This app is very poor, especially when you consider the huge company behind it and the price that consumers pay for it. I don’t know why, when you want to watch a replay you have to go through so much other stuff first, like The Footy Show. On multiple occassions the final score gets shown before you get to the match. It’s simply not good enough. But I suppose for overseas customers there is no alternative so why bother investing? They get their money anyway.

Fox NRL app 2024 is worse

I’ve had this app since 2022. It was simple, easy to use & worked well for 2 yrs. But the 2024 version is slower, and fails regularly.

Poor Customer Service

I cancelled my subscription over 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my refund. I have reached out to their team 5 times now and still do not have my money back.

Do not subscribe to this platform, they will take your money and not return it !

Didn’t show up on my subscriptions

Ordered it for my Dad visiting the US last September and haven’t been able to successfully cancel it since. Doesn’t show up on my phone or TV subscription to cancel.

Chromecast update necessary!

Why is there no option that allows me to stream the game from my phone to the TV??? Seems a little backwards considering most, if not all, streaming services offer that now and have for a while.

For the high yearly cost (and only being able to use it for 7 months of the year) it seems a bit ridiculous that I am only able to watch games on my phone.

Needs to be updated immediately!

Where is the 2024 update?

I am still seeing the 2023 ladder and we just finished round 2 of 2024. Your help and support info is 6years old and inaccurate. You charge to much to have such basic issues.

Rubbish app

Terrible video quality. Looks washed out like the players are in a cloud. Nothing like the fox sports streaming quality which is sharp and bright.

App crashes. Doesn’t download. Loses sync with audio. Terrible quality app

Better after refresh, BUT…..

The app looks a lot better since it’s refresh but there is still an issue with the tv guide. Now it’s not showing any timings so I don’t actually know what time the programmes are on, only that they ARE on. Last week, the tv guide was blank and now there are no times!! Please fix!
