Doesn’t automatically track. Just downloaded it for a better free option but not worth it. It says to “please keep the APP in the foreground and your phone media volume on to hear the alarm”. Other apps don’t do that. Guess I’m paying for the app that automatically detects my sleep and gives me stats on REM, light sleep, and deep sleep via my watch. Deleting the app.
