Not supported equipment
Be nice if they listed the supported equipment before you go through downloading app, creating account, verifying email then have to scan your QR code and find it isn’t support. If not supported, the app provides no value
Doesn’t support string trimmer 128LD
Despite what the manual says and the QR code on the machine, this app does not support the 128LD.

App says not connected all the time
I have 4 x LC247Li battery lawnmowers. And the equipment will auto load when connected to Bluetooth but then says “not connected” always. But it will also tell you it was connected a moment ago but never actually says connected or give you any info on the machine past the loading screen where it shows what you have.

Mowers only?!
Just bought a new 540i XP chainsaw, which is featured in the promo video FOR this app, listed as Bluetooth and app-compatible on the website, AND has the Bluetooth logo on the side casing....yet it is not supported by the app?!?! Not “as-described”...
Add New Husqvarna Battery Equipment
The app is great, but the new battery equipment needs to be added to the app.
Model not supported
I have the app a 3 star because it has potential. I've just purchased a brand new R322TX AWD, signed up for connect and found out, this app doesn't support it. Once it does, I'll review it again.
Useless
Bought a brand new 5 series chainsaw. Thought this would be a useful app to have but all I get offered is mower functionality.??? No way of adding my chainsaw to this app even though it’s advertised on a chainsaw page in the 2019 brochure next to a 5 series machine. Baffling and highly useless.

If your device doesn’t have Bluetooth or a qr code then you can’t add it to the app. I just bought a brand new top of the range cordless strimmer and it can’t be added. Why can’t we just add devices manually. Wasn’t worth the effort to click the download button.
