Frustrating/Scam
So I signed up with Brigit was approved for 65 dollars, after the approval you have to sign up for one of their subscriptions which was 5.99 a month I thought this was weird but I agreed to it. I went to try and claim my 65 but somewhere through the process I agreed to auto pay which Brigit describes as automatic fund relief when you’re account is low on money. What happened next though is Brigit sent me 35 dollars of auto money instead of the 65 I was approved for. I didn’t want the 35 and I sent it back. My bank approved this repayment the same day but on Brigits end it’s still saying pending even when I can clearly see the money is in my account. So pretty much Brigit did nothing for me and is trying to bill me for the 5.99 for a subscription I didn’t even get to use ?? The customer service is invisible you can’t talk to anybody except the robot Jess and it’s been very unhelpful. I’m still scheduled to be billed for the 5.99 on my next pay day which is when I imagine Brigit will confirm the 35 dollars is paid back. All and all a huge waste of time. I’ll be using a better service like Dave they don’t jerk there customers around. Also Brigit I will be requesting a refund for the 5.99 since you gave me nothing but a headache.Show lessYa'Mahni

I’m a reader of reviews, and have never been a writer of them unless I’m shocked enough. That just happened as I started to read the reviews for Brigit. The very first review I started to read began with a lie. This review wasn’t a quick one either. I kept going and all the way through till the end, I continued to read what I know to be false. Everyone is entitled to an opinion because they’re subjective, however, fact as fact, and it’s a fact that Brigit is not only simple to navigate,if your especially looking to get a cash advance, the process from start to finish is so quick! Listen, I’m going through a rough time financially, I’ve been overdrafted and my bank account balance is consistently very low. Brigit, really goes out of their way to accommodate their customers when other Cash Advance apps won’t. After seeing such a negative, and false review and depiction of this app, I felt forced to challenge the reviewer especially when it said Brigit is constantly malfunctioning, and slow to produce the cash I promise to send promptly. I’ve never once had a problem when trying to connect to my bank and I also have never had to wait more than a few minutes for an advance to be sent to my account! Only giving it 5 stars otherwise my review will never be seen. It deserves ZERO!!! Good luck ever getting approved for even a measly $50 advance. My direct deposits are well over what they require every month, have been consistent for the year + I've had this app, my spending habits haven't changed, everything's been the same& I've always repaid on time too... yet I've only been approved 3 times in a year. What sense does that make?! I have no problem getting an advance with any other cash advance app except this one. They always find lame excuses not to qualify you for the cash advance and they keep charging your bank account EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T QUALIFY FOR THE ADVANCE! Oh and I canceled my account and they said they're STILL going to charge me for the entire month of May even though I haven't used ANY of the features and can't even qualify for the advance which is the whole reason I'm paying for the subscription to begin with! CROOKS, LIARS & FRAUDS! Stay AWAY!!! download Dave, Money Lion, Albert & Empower... even cash app gives advances. But stay away from this app. They are worthless.
