The only app willing to help me !!!
I’m in my mid 20’s with a below average credit score, in the higher 500 range, and currently no job, but have side hustles and this app had me link my bank account and was able to see i get money deposited into my account from people simply sending Zelle payments to me and not like other apps where your direct deposits have to be from a employer, just that they were able to see I have a consistent amount of cash flow monthly into my account. from the time I downloaded and opened the app for the first time, I had managed to sign up, get approved and $50 deposited into my bank account all in less than 5 minutes, this was the easiest app I’ve come across and to join the subscription to have lower fees and all that, since obviously I don’t have any money in my account (hence why I’m doing this whole process) they instantly approve your account for the premium subscription or what have you and let you pick a later date (within reason a couple weeks or so) that the small amount of like 9$ will be charged and taken from your bank account so you don’t even have to worry about that until down the road but get to reap the benefits of the subscription immediately! I’ve never wrote a review for any app before but I just had to spread the word about this app! Only one that’s approved me all year!!

Gets you through emergency
I don’t know what people are ranting about. I had poor credit and was always given a decent amount when I needed it. Can’t believe this company is being sued and I’m getting a compensation from brigit. This app has always got me through a tough time. Brigit was always second place to Dave when I recommended it to people. One app that was sued and many users were also comped was float me. Now float me was a terrible app the worst cash advance app you can get. Brigit will trust you with higher advance as long as you pay on time. Also there was a point in time a few years ago where I owed them $200 I believe and never paid them back for months until I needed an emergency again. There was no hard feelings after paying them back they starting sending me cash when I needed it. I hope I don’t end up in a situation again where I need money but if I do this is definitely in my top 3. My only criticism is maybe lower the membership to $5. Thanks Brigit for helping me during my rough times. Credit score is good and finances are great now but will recommend to anyone. Wish I can help with the lawsuit thrown at you guys.

Frustrating/Scam
So I signed up with Brigit was approved for 65 dollars, after the approval you have to sign up for one of their subscriptions which was 5.99 a month I thought this was weird but I agreed to it. I went to try and claim my 65 but somewhere through the process I agreed to auto pay which Brigit describes as automatic fund relief when you’re account is low on money. What happened next though is Brigit sent me 35 dollars of auto money instead of the 65 I was approved for. I didn’t want the 35 and I sent it back. My bank approved this repayment the same day but on Brigits end it’s still saying pending even when I can clearly see the money is in my account. So pretty much Brigit did nothing for me and is trying to bill me for the 5.99 for a subscription I didn’t even get to use ?? The customer service is invisible you can’t talk to anybody except the robot Jess and it’s been very unhelpful. I’m still scheduled to be billed for the 5.99 on my next pay day which is when I imagine Brigit will confirm the 35 dollars is paid back. All and all a huge waste of time. I’ll be using a better service like Dave they don’t jerk there customers around. Also Brigit I will be requesting a refund for the 5.99 since you gave me nothing but a headache.
