The app is good but can use some improvements.

I like the app but it can use some improvements like it would be nice if we can keep track of our pay stubs in the app. When we had the other company we were able to do that. Please consider doing this keep track of our pay stubs in the app thank you. Stay Safe.

Doesn’t work

This app is trash doesn’t work at all waste of money waste of time
Must’ve been a five-year-old who made the app
No if it was a five-year-old he would’ve got it right

App for approved?

I cannot use this app to approve the payroll/hours for the caregiver assigned to my account. Where is that app? Need a little guidance, please.

Trash

Honestly the latest update has turned the app into trash. Have called numerous times only to be told it is my device not the app. Well I got a new device and still am being told my device is jailbroken. This problem needs to be addressed and fixed. If they can’t fix the app then they should do away with it. Especially since they now require you to do time submissions electronically.

!!!Always Put Notes In Last!!!

App will freeze and make you restart everything you just did if you try to put notes in before finishing anything else

Terrible App

This app has issues and I see from the history that it always has. I’ve used other job apps before and they worked fine. Not this one.

Developers, is anyone going to fix this app so it works error free?

The app sometimes won’t recognize your password even though it works for the website. Things update on my employer’s app but not mine, even after pulling the screen down to sync with GT Independence. There is no reason this app should have any errors. Please fix this. You can’t use a broken app when it comes to people being paid on time.

Never got past syncing stage

I don’t know what the issue is with this app, but it would not load. Brand new iPad, no problem with other apps. Since I’m *required* to use it I suppose GTI will need to do a better job of creating an app that works.

I couldn’t even log in, asked for information and doesn’t tell me where to find. Tried to open the account and said that I didn’t exist?!

Service code

I spend more time on the phone with the company due to the service code never being available, which then in turns to me always waiting on my pay. Really dislike this app.
