Worst app ever

Loaded this on an iPad last month. Neither of my workers could use it. Made multiple calls to GT finally they put in a ticket. App fixed but no one bothered to notify us it was fixed. Finally able to begin using the app was working great, then tonight went to fix timesheet for today and could not get it working correctly. After multiple attempts finally worked. My life is much too busy to have to continually play with this app. Also payroll due tomorrow but even though the app says it synced with GT minutes before timesheets we’re still sitting untransmitted. Please fix the app and offer better communication.

This sounds extremely frustrating, and we apologize. We've pushed out a new version of the app to hopefully make the app work (and sync) more smoothly. Useless

Not once worked properly. It freezes all the time. Have to restart all over again. Make you don’t want to use it at all. Very frustrating to waste my time trying to use it.

Mixed emotions

On one hand the app is easy to setup, simple to use, and works well where it should. On the other . . There are few updates and for exactly what none of us know, there aren’t enough details or guides in the app for users that need it, and there is a slight issue of communications between companies involved with the use of this young app which can usually be sorted out through luck, timing, and a little elbow grease. *My experience doe not weak for all*

Terrible! I could write a novel about all the crap I’ve been through with them. I like my job........but GT is the worst payroll company

Terrible app

I have tried to install this app, but I gave not been successful. It just hangs up on Syncing. Put on an iPhone and a iPad with the same result. I called the customer service and they had to put a ticket in so their techs can look at. I really don’t understand how they can get contracts for Medicaid Humana in Florida, me thinks a complaint to Medicaid is in order.

Nothing But Issues

App has been a total nightmare.

3.0.5 still needs improvement

GT app has flaws which need attention:

Occasionally when using the App to sign approval at the end of a shift for a service provider, the approved shift shows up as “needs approval” in the Participant Portal. The Participant (person with a disability) has to manually approve shift again on the computer to submit the hours again to GT.

Even though App gives a message it was “last Synced a few seconds ago”, the provider has to manually Sync the app to push across time entry.

Occasionally the App hangs up and circles over participant or service code. Have to close app and try reopening it or uninstall and reinstall App to try to resolve problem.

GT doesn’t notify users when a known issue exists and is being worked on. Would help to know a problem is known and being corrected

Service code available to provider may include codes not assigned to that worker. You have to scroll through or risk selecting incorrect code.

When Approving multiple dates in app, they appear in random order making them harder to reconcile accurately.

Things I like about App:

Ability to “clock in” using user defined frequently used information, such as:
”Expected duration, Participant and service code”. Can easily change details when necessary

Reminder to clock out when you reach the end of a shift based upon expected duration, especially nice for live-in caregivers. You can later correct hours or other info before entry is approved.

As the person responsible for reviewing time entries, the App has the ability to easily review shifts, dates and service codes, unlike in the Participant Portal on the computer where you have to open each day’s entry, then open each entry to find service code used.

Syncing issues

App says the hours are synced after they are approved but GTI staff calls almost every time saying they can’t see the hours. Super frustrating for workers on both ends - we should be allowed to use the website to enter hours until this is fixed. 🤷‍♀️

Does not work well

I have been told to delete it and reinstall 2 pay periods in a row to try to sync the times. Staff is not getting paid.

Frustrated

Once again app doesn’t work right. Timed in for the day went to clock out, says update app. Ran the update now it won’t recognize my username or password. I AM NOT CHANGING ANYTHING. Fix this app so I don’t have to start over. This is how I get paid!
