Throw whole app away

This app has been nothing but problems since it was launched. For me personally when you have several clients it’s a nightmare. And currently haven’t been able to use my app for 4/5 days and time is due and I get a call with more excuses for why it won’t work. Just fix it or get rid of it, I’m almost certain a address missing for a client I’ve had for years (which would only be missing on the account of GT) wasn’t the cause of my app glitching for one and two GT still tells me he’s my boss when he’s a minor and say you were unaware of that each and every time
. Problem is GT is never onboard with each other everyone always says something different and this app simply does not work it fails for me at least once a month, and currently I have been calling for a YEAR STRAIGHT abt other issues that still haven’t been fixed I just get more and more excuses.

The update “fixing” syncing, made it worse

Since the update was installed, I am unable to make any entries. It’s very frustrating and even more when you’re on a schedule.

Ever since the update to 3.0.0, this app is on a continual sync loop. Nothing loads at all. Hope I can still send in a paper timesheet, cause the portal appears to work.

Poor App

Suppose to be able to use without cell service or wifi connection. Not true!!
Still need to turn in paper because doesn’t allow for mileage.

Hello Lambecks. The only times you need to connect to service or wifi is when you initially download the app and login, and when you are ready to sync your time entries for payment. Thank you for your suggestion on mileage, we are currently working on developing this feature.

Invasion of privacy

You cannot use this app without giving approval for it to use your location and track you 100% of the time. There is no reason that GT needs this level of access and they provide no opportunity to opt out (in violation of the new CA digital privacy regulations). No thanks!

Hello Stanford19. The app only requires access to your location while using the app. In addition, location services only capture your location at the start and stop of your shift. This location data is required by the 21st Century Cures act which was passed by congress. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this causes you. We take data security and privacy very seriously and only capture what is minimally required by law. Thank you for letting us know your concerns.
