Exciting Updates in Our Latest Release! We’re thrilled to share several enhancements to our Devotionals, making it easier than ever to engage with them this holiday season: Devotionals are now like Plans: Devotionals now function as Plans, allowing you to start and complete them just like Scripture Plans. Now find any that you've started on your My Plans screen under “In Progress” or “Completed” tabs. Home Screen Integration: Add your favorite Devotional Plans (like our upcoming Advent ones!) to your Up Next on the Home screen for quick access. Enhanced Pre-Launch Experience: Browse and Join Devotional Plans early to have their daily entries added to your Up Next automatically when they launch. Widget Support: Access Devotional Plans right from your home screen by adding them to Dwell’s widgets. Share the Inspiration: Easily share Devotional Plans with friends and family! Improved Functionality: Enjoy a smoother experience with significant behind-the-scenes updates to how Devotional Plans work.

Now, with our new “Play Next” feature, you can automatically transition into listening to these related verses after the experience. Simply start an experience, then tap the ellipsis in the top-right corner of the audio player, and select “Play Next: Companion Verses” to effortlessly listen to Scripture after your chosen experience concludes. - New Feature in Time for the Holidays: Share a 30-Day Free Guest Pass! All paid subscribers can now invite friends and family to explore the beauty of Scripture with Dwell by sharing a 30-day extended free trial, granting them unlimited access to all of Dwell’s features. The holidays are the perfect time to share this gift, especially with our exciting new devotional experiences on the horizon: - Wonder: A 25-day Advent devotional beginning December 1st - Malcolm Guite Experience: Seven days of poetry and Scripture with insights from the renowned author launching in December as well. We’re thrilled to bring you one of the top-requested features from our community. - Share Your Playlists: Subscribers can now share their custom Scripture playlists with family and friends, making it simple to share and explore Scripture together. - Personalize Your Playlists: You can now personalize your playlists on Dwell by adding your first and last name to your profile. When you share a playlist, those you share it with will see it’s from you, adding a personal touch to your shared playlists. - Add to Library: Your Dwell subscriber friends can now add your shared playlists to their own library, giving them instant access to your favorite Scripture selections. Other Improvements: - Streamlined Context Menus: We’ve implemented smaller menus across the app, giving you a cleaner and more efficient user experience. Big Search Improvements! - Devotionals, Prayer, and Sleep experiences are now searchable! - You can now filter your searches by category type for a more refined search experience. For example, you can now easily search for devotionals or sleep experiences directly. Introducing Dwell Kids • There's a new space in the app for children and families! Explore curated listening plans, topical playlists, and classic passages designed to cultivate biblical literacy and awaken wonder in young minds and hearts. For the best Dwell Kids experience, listen to the International Children's Bible (ICB), written at a 3rd-grade level and narrated by kids and teens. Select "Kids" from the voice menu to begin. • Storybook Bibles Dwell is also excited to offer families access to beloved storybook Bibles as a part of our Dwell Kids release. Enjoy listening to the Jesus Storybook Bible and N.T. Wright's latest storybook Bible, all included in your subscription. More storybook Bibles are coming soon, such as Kevin DeYoung's The Biggest Story Bible Storybook! • Family Plan Improvements Did you know Dwell has a family plan? If you have a Dwell subscription through Apple, you can upgrade to a Dwell Family Plan and get up to six seats for your family using one account. You can also invite family members from the app's new Family Plan screen. This release also includes performance improvements and lots of bug fixes. We're just getting started with Dwell Kids and will have an exciting announcement for you next month, so be on the lookout for that.

Lots of exciting new updates for you in Dwell’s latest release. Listening Plans are even more useful for you now: • We’ve added a new ‘Congrats’ message upon completion of your plan and given you the much-needed ability to ‘Restart’ a plan after you’ve completed it. • On your Plans page, we’ve added a toggle that lets you easily switch between Plans that you are in progress and others that are completed. This should help declutter this screen for those of you who have gone through several plans. • Our Chime, Reflect, and Repeat functions will now work as expected when there are multiple scripture references in a single day of a listening plan. New Version & Voice Preferences Screen • You can now adjust which voices appear in the voice menu on the player, as well as which versions appear in Read mode. Now, when listening on Random, the audio will shuffle between your active voices in the Version & Voice Preferences screen. Big Improvements to Offline Listening • You can now download any experience for offline listening, including the Dwell Daily Devotional, Sleep experiences, Breath Prayers, Lectio Divina and more. We also made quite a few under-the-hood improvements that should make downloading and listening offline much easier. CarPlay Update: The Dwell Daily Devotional is now available in CarPlay • Now, you can integrate daily scripture plus reflection into your drive, making every journey an opportunity for spiritual growth. New tappable track indicator for playlists and plan days. • Easily navigate your playlists and plan day tracks while in the audio player with our new tappable track indicator. This feature showcases the current track you’re listening to and lets you jump between tracks without leaving the player. It’s a more intuitive way to engage with playlists and plans. New Bible Version: The Reina-Valera (RVR) Spanish Bible is now available in the app • This beloved Spanish translation can now be enjoyed in Dwell. The RVR is our third foreign language version of the Bible. You can also enjoy the NVI and the NVI-PT. We hope these updates are a blessing to you! Now, with mini-navigation bars atop several prominent screens, organizing content within a given category has never been easier. These intuitive mini-nav bars will help you see all that Dwell has to offer and aid you in finding exactly what you need. DWELL DAILY DEVOTIONALS ON-DEMAND: We're excited to unveil our comprehensive collection of 120+ devotionals from the Dwell Daily, an "evergreen" collection of the very best, reformatted to remove date-based references or content, allowing you to enjoy them anytime and anywhere. Thoughtfully arranged by Guide, Scripture, and Topic, accessing any devotional on-demand is now quick and easy. Immerse yourself in our growing library of guided Dwell Daily devotionals. Also included in this release are some general improvements and a fix for a crash that affected a small number of users.
